Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Infonel Technologies website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

Infonel Technologies provides software development, web development, mobile app development, AI services, medical coding and billing, digital marketing, cloud services, IoT development, and UI/UX design services. The scope, timeline, and cost of each engagement are defined in a separate Service Agreement or Statement of Work.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of all custom deliverables created specifically for their project. Infonel Technologies retains ownership of pre-existing frameworks, libraries, tools, and methodologies. We may display completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Typically, projects require a deposit before work begins, with milestone-based payments thereafter. Late payments may incur interest charges as specified in the project agreement.

5. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. We are happy to sign Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) upon request. For medical billing and healthcare services, we adhere strictly to HIPAA confidentiality requirements.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Infonel Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Warranty Disclaimer

While we strive for excellence in all our work, services are provided on an 'as is' basis. We do not warrant that software will be error-free. We offer a warranty period for bug fixes as specified in each project agreement.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Tamil Nadu, India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu.
